NHS R&D Forum - Save the Date

16th October 2020

Two new exciting virtual events to support the health & care R&D community.

REFLECT AND CONNECT
25-29 January 2021

We also want to thank the R&D community and reflect on the fantastic work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this series of sessions we will enable connection with leaders and researchers across the UK to reflect on the future of research.

NHS Research and Development Forum in partnership with the Research Quality Association (RQA) invite you to join us for a series of online sessions.

We will be hosting three 45-minute sessions a day (12pm, 2pm and 5pm) with an opportunity to ask questions of each speaker.

Speakers will include national leaders from key government departments and research regulators, members of our R&D community, as well as research leads of high-profile studies.

Please put a placeholder in your diary and further information on the programme and registration for each session will be available shortly.

Annual Non-Commercial Sponsors Symposium
9th December 2020

We are delighted to be running our 3rd annual Non-Commercial Sponsors Symposium on a virtual platform this year, enabling more members of the Health & Care Non-Commercial Research Sponsors community to come together.

What you can expect this year

We know your time is precious and so the Sponsors Group are creating as much content and value as possible including lots of opportunities to meet and discuss all the main topics that are affecting you and your teams right now.

  • Keynote and parallel presentations from Regulators, policy makers, academic leaders in research quality and management and of course Non-Commercial Sponsors of R&D who will share how they have been doing things.
  • Short parallel presentations with open discussions including the opportunity to continue where we left off on some key topics last year.
  • Online access to all recorded presentations for up to 12 months so that you can view all presentations (not just the ones you attend)
  • The opportunity to attend a one-hour training workshop in association with the Research Quality Association

Topics and discussions will include the following with more to come

  • Regulatory updates for Non-Commercial Sponsors
  • Post transition arrangements for Clinical Trials
