Summary: The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has announced that its clinical trial application advice pilot will become a permanent service from January 2027. The initiative provides sponsors with technical and regulatory support when preparing clinical trial applications, helping them navigate requirements under the EU Clinical Trials Regulation and the Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS). The continuation of the service is intended to support more efficient trial applications and improve the quality of submissions across the European Union.
