More informationQA Leadership is a single-track online event on what good leadership in quality functions looks like in practice. This day is for current and aspiring QA leaders, and for managers in adjacent functions who carry responsibility for quality culture without sitting inside the QA team.
The opening presentation reframes leadership itself as a quality discipline, using the same habits of structured thinking, evidence, and verification that drive good QA practice. What follows is a working day. Two panels examine psychological safety and how QA leaders develop the people around them, including those they do not directly manage. Three workshops give delegates supervised practice on the conversations, influence moves, and skill drills that matter most day to day. Delegates leave having applied each technique at least once, with a short list of actions to take back.
Sessions are built around people skills that transfer across GxP and across organisations. No GxP specialism is assumed. Delegates can attend Day 2 alone or as part of the full two-day series with Day 1, QA Careers.
Please note this seminar will run via Zoom.
