The full conference programme was both stimulating and informative and carried the theme 'One World- Challenging The Global Boundaries' and delegates, who were drawn from around the world, experienced a programme of topical presentations, interactive sessions, workshops and QA Clinics organised by a Programme Committee of well-respected industry experts.

Exhibitor Stand - £1,400 plus VAT
Additional Exhibitor Stand Personnel - £550 plus VAT (up to two additional personnel)
Each additional personnel (maximum of three personnel per stand) must be registered for an Exhibition pass that will entitle them to a ticket to the conference dinner dance plus refreshments and lunch.
Consultant's Table - £550 plus VAT
This option is open to independent consultants who wish to display their marketing material during the conference. Consultants will have an area (60CM X 60CM) of table space in the Exhibitor's area. They will also be included in delegate information/conference app. All marketing materials need to be provided by the consultant.
Please note this is space only and consultants are not allowed to sit at the consultants table under any circumstances.

Have a notification sent to all conference app users at specific times. All delegates logged into the app will receive the notification.
Notifications are timed to be sent to delegates just before breaks, lunch and end of the day on Wednesday and Thursday and break on Friday. The cost is per notification per day.
Delegate Conference Bag - £1,100 plus VAT
Have your company logo printed on the delegate conference bag as well as a free insert inside the bag (provided by yourselves).
Delegate Lanyards - £1,100 plus VAT
Have your company logo printed on the Delegate Lanyards as well as a free insert inside the bag (provided by yourselves).
Delegate Pens - £700 plus VAT
Supply your company pens within the delegate conference bag (5000 pens required).
Delegate Notepads - £700 plus VAT
Supply your company notepads within the delegate conference bag (5000 copies required)
Conference TV Monitors £900 plus VAT
Have your company logo and short message displayed on TV monitors within the EICC.
'Meet the Delegates' drinks reception - £900 plus VAT
Sponsor the 'Meet the Delegates' drinks reception' at the EICC on Wednesday 1 November 2017 with your company name/logo displayed (using your own display material) in the drinks reception area plus an audio acknowledgement at the reception.
Pre Gala Dinner drinks reception - £900 plus VAT
Sponsor the 'Pre Gala Dinner drinks reception' at the EICCl on Thursday 2 November 2017 with your company name/logo displayed (using your own material) in the drinks reception area plus an audio acknowledgement at the reception.
Wine at the Dinner Dance - £1,000 plus VAT
Sponsor the wine at the Gala Dinner at the EICCl on Thursday 2 November 2017 with your company name/logo on the tables and included on the Gala Dinner menu.
Insert/advertisement in the Delegate Conference Bag - £750 plus VAT (Exhibitors) £950 plus VAT (Non Exhibitors)
