Payments

All payments must be made prior to the conference start date.

Delegate cancellation of conference fees

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before 31 August 2017 and will be subject to an administration fee of £129.

For cancellations received from the 1 September 2017, no refund of fees may be expected.

Substitutions of Delegates

Delegates may be substituted at any time. Where substitutions take place from 1 September 2017 a £40 administration fee will be charged.
