Getting to Novotel London West

By Tube and Public Transport

The hotel is approximately a three-minute walk from Hammersmith Underground station, which is served by the Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City lines. This provides fast, direct access to central London and many of its major areas.

Taxi

London is readily served by taxis - hail a traditional black cab to take you directly to the hotel.

Travelling from Major UK Airports:

If you’re arriving from outside London, the hotel and the city are well serviced by public transport:

  • Heathrow Airport (LHR): Around 30–40 minutes by Tube or bus to Hammersmith, with direct Piccadilly line connections and affordable bus services.

  • Gatwick Airport (LGW): Approximately 50–60 minutes to central London by train, then Underground or bus to Hammersmith.

  • Stansted Airport (STN): Trains (Stansted Express) run to London, with onward Underground/bus connections.

London Underground (Tube): The London Underground (commonly known as the Tube) is one of the most efficient ways to travel around the city, connecting all major districts, transport interchanges and key visitor destinations. It comprises multiple lines, each shown in distinct colours on the official tube map.

Hammersmith Station, which serves the Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City lines, is adjacent to the hotel and provides direct and frequent services to central London and beyond.
