Call for Posters

Submit a poster to be shown at the conference - posters are a great way to display your research in a visual nature, showcase your work and serve as a conversation starter for delegates.

• The winning poster will receive a £1000 RQA training voucher.

• We have produced some guidance and FAQs which will help you in the preparation of your poster here.

• Posters can be on any topic you feel would be of interest to the conference attendees, in particular the following conference theme: Mind the Gap - Connected by Quality

Send PDF of your poster by:  26th October 2026

You will receive a 15% discount on conference delegate fees if you display a poster at the event.  Please note that displaying a poster at the conference is pre-requisite when using this code, if you do not display a poster at the event and have used this code to book, you will be invoiced for the extra amount
