Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the event be held?
This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate anywhere that you have internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

What are the technical requirements needed to participate?
You will need to have a stable internet connection to access this free, online conference.

How long will the materials be available?
Presentations will be available for 30 days after the event ends. Presentations will then be added to the RQA website for delegates to view.

How do I receive my Certificate of Attendance?
After the virtual conference ends, all participants will receive an email with their certificate

Can I still participate if the dates or times of he live event are not convenient for me?
All video presentations will remain open 24/7 for the full duration of the conference within the platform, and for 30 days after.

Why are some presentations/speakers marked as TBC?
In the few cases where we do not have firm presentation titles/speakers this is usually because we are awaiting confirmation that speakers are available on the dates. This information will be added as soon as we have it.

How do I book the event?
Simply go to the book now page (you will need to be logged in in order to see your applicable Member/Non-member rates) and 'add to basket'.

I normally need to tell you which sessions I'm attending, how do I do that now?
You don't need to. As the event is virtual delegates have the freedom to move from presentation to presentation, session to session without the need for us to know which you wish to attend.

I only want to visit the exhibition, I'm not interested in the delegate presentations, can I still attend?
That's no problem - if you visit this page, you can sign up for exhibition entry free of charge and will have access during the event and for 30 days after.

Can I only enter the exhibition during break times?
No, the exhibition will be open 24/7 so you can access it before, after or during the event.

What is a Virtual Briefcase?
A virtual briefcase is a quick and easy way to save and download materials from the exhibition stands you have visited.

All downloadable files at each stand have a save button that puts that specific file into your virtual briefcase. You can go into your briefcase to confirm the file has been added. Once in the briefcase you can send yourselves an email through the vFAIRS platform. That link in the email will download the file to your computer.
